Meet Your Coach
About Michelle
I started out in the corporate world: structured, driven, focused on external results and then, gradually, I found my way to something deeper. To coaching. To energy work. To the kind of inner work that changes not just what you do, but how you feel about who you are.
I've been doing this work on myself for years and I'll be doing it for the rest of my life. That's not a disclaimer. It's what makes me a better coach.
Outside of work, I'm an adventurer. My camera roll is an absolute mess and I wouldn't have it any other way. It's full of travels, landscapes, and the kind of moments that remind you why being present matters.
I need movement and nature to feel like myself. Running is one of my anchors. There's something about putting on your gear, stepping outside, and trusting your legs to carry you forward. Pure joy in its simplest form. Hiking, being active outdoors, fresh air. These aren't extras for me. They're essential.
Yoga has been part of my life since I was 13. Something has always brought me back to it. The breath, the flow, the quiet it creates. It's my time. Just for me.
I grew up in the UK, and life has taken me on quite the journey since then, including relocating to Denmark. That transition, the upheaval, the identity shift, the finding of yourself in a new place, is something I know from the inside. It's part of why I do the work I do.
Travel has always been close to my heart. I grew up dreaming of India, the warmth of the Caribbean, climbing a mountain or watching a sunrise from somewhere halfway around the world. Those experiences, of being fully present somewhere extraordinary, have always anchored me back to what matters.
And then there's Bali. I first went in 2023, and most recently returned for a retreat. It feels like a spiritual home. Something about the place and the people, the depth of connection possible there, taught me what it really means to be present with yourself and with others. I know I'll be back there again.
What all of this, the travel, the movement, the yoga, the healing, gives me is what I help my clients find too. Connection to self. Balance. Presence. Clarity. The quiet confidence of knowing your own mind and trusting your own path.
I'm passionate about people. I genuinely believe that everyone deserves to make themselves a priority — their needs, their wellbeing, their joy. Watching someone reconnect to themselves and step into a life that feels truly theirs? That never gets old. It's why I do this work.
My Philosophy
I believe that true wellbeing isn't something you achieve, it's something you return to. Underneath the busyness, the roles, the relentless forward motion, you are still there. My work is about creating the conditions for you to find your way back.
I work at the level of mind, body, and soul because true wellbeing and lasting change doesn't live in the head alone. It lives in the body, in your energy, in the quiet moments when you finally stop long enough to hear yourself. That's where the real work happens and that's where everything shifts.
First things first, there's no pressure here. No agenda, no fixing, no telling you what you should want or who you should be. This is your space entirely.
Sessions are warm, honest, and grounded. We'll often start with a short breathing or grounding practice. Not because it's a box to tick, but because arriving properly in your body changes the quality of everything that follows.
I'll ask you questions you might not have thought to ask yourself. I'll challenge you gently when something needs to be looked at and I'll hold space for the full picture, not just the professional goals or the practical challenges, but the deeper stuff underneath. The stuff that's actually driving everything.
You don't need to have it figured out before you come. You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on or what's wrong. Most people arrive knowing something needs to change and that's enough.
What you can expect is to feel genuinely heard, to leave each session with more clarity than you arrived with, and over time, to feel the ground coming back under your feet.
This is steady, real, meaningful work and it will ask something of you but so does staying exactly where you are.
